Join me at Trademarket to make a pinch bowl! You will get a glass of Prosecco and a delicious cocktail or mocktail whilst making your creation.
A pinch bowl is the perfect introduction into pottery. Examples at the last bowl workshop included pasta bowls, snack bowls, trinket dishes or decorative bowls! You could even make something for your furry friend.
All tools will be provided for you and you can use letter stamps and paint to decorate your bowl after it’s made! It will then be taken home by me, fired, glazed and returned to you.
This will be held in Trademarket’s private event space (indoors) and is super cosy. This event space even has its own bar and bartender so those of you who want extra drinks won’t even have to venture outside! The food vendors at Trademarket are *chefs kiss* so you can easily grab a bite to eat before or after the workshop.
Once the items are fired, you can either collect from my studio in Lisburn or you can pay for postage.
*Please note - with the delicate nature of ceramics, stages within the process don't always go to plan. Bear in mind, this could be your first time working with clay - small hairline cracks are very common at the start of your pottery journey and you need to be lenient with yourself and your final outcome!*
Please have a think about your paint decoration for when the bowl is made - the time will fly! It is VERY important that the underglazes cannot be too thick - It will affect the glaze and could possibly blister in the kiln - I unfortunately cannot be responsible for glaze imperfections if the underglazes are too thick.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please treat these tickets the same as you would for a concert - if you cannot attend anymore, please try and resell them and I will try my best to do so also. You will get a full refund once/if they sell. I am a small business owner so I unfortunately cannot be lenient with cancellations anymore. Please bare this information in mind before you purchase tickets.
