Product listings do not include Post and Packaging. The cost of P&P will be calculated and added during checkout. Prices are determined on delivery location, number of items and the weight. Shipping is provided by a third-party courier and they are not controlled by or affiliated with Sophie Mcilwaine Ceramics.

Customers will be asked to provide the correct Billing Address and Shipping Address. Sophie Mcilwaine Ceramics is not liable for the failure of delivery due to an incorrect Shipping Address being provided by the customer. The customer is held liable for any costs incurred by Sophie Mcilwaine Ceramics for correcting the address.
